This senior photo session took place at Scout Park in The Colony. Haylee is part of her high school’s percussion section, so we made sure to capture portraits of her with her drum to reflect her involvement in band. We also included a few more casual images with her parents, adding a personal element to the session. This shoot was also a reminder of how connected our community is—both of Haylee’s parents are teachers, and I realized during the session that her mom had taught my son in middle school while her dad had taught my daughter in high school. Small world moments like that are one of the things I love about working locally.
